Use No-Ip for access to your computer from anywhere

noip

Been around forever. These guys provide a simple, highly-useful service... and they do it for free. What's not to like. The problem they solve is needing a static IP address when you've only got the dynamic address your ISP gives you. Using this simple service, you create a domain name such as myco.no-ip.com that regularly updates with your latest dynamic address. This allows you to do things like control your home PC using Remote Desktop Connection or run REST from your home and access it from anywhere in the world. Check out their Routers and Firewall Appliances Guides.

This feature helps guard against problems but can be somewhat annoying. Especially if you use software such as REST which sends emails using Outlook. ClickYes Software solves this issue by allowing your email application to work without any delays.

addressbookexporter

Their site says: "Address Book Exporter is a little utility that does one thing, and one thing only: it will let you export your Mac OS X Address Book as a tab-delimited plain text file.
