Purchase REST w/U and Install FileMaker Mobile 8

To purchase and register your copy of REST w/U

Click on the "Preferences" tab in REST (lower left area of screen).

Viewing your User Record

Click on the "Registration" tab and click the "Manage Accounts" button.

Follow the steps to
purchase REST w/U.

Manage Accounts

After you have purchased REST w/U, return to Preferences> Manage Accounts and click the "Add Account" button.

Click the "REST w/U" button.

Click the "Get Serial Number" button.

Click "Send".

Fill out the dialog box and click "Send". This will send an email requesting your REST w/U serial number. Upon payment confirmation, you will recieve your REST w/U serial number via return email.

Paste your serial number for REST w/U

After recieving your REST w/U serial number go to Preferences> Users> Regisration> Manage Accounts> Add Account> REST w/U and paste your REST w/U serial number.

Click: Register REST w/U

NOTE: You will be prompted to enter an Account Name and Password for each of the 3 REST w/U files

USE:

Account Name: Demo User
Password: demouser

REST w/U is now enabled.

Download FileMaker Mobile 8

Go to www.realestatesuccesstools.com > Support > Downloads & Demos.
Click "REST w/U Software Downloads"
Enter the Name and Password sent via email for Registered Users downloads.

Windows

Click "Windows Filemaker Mobile 8 Installer".

From the dialog box choose Save.

We suggest saving the installer to the desktop.

When download is complete, find the fmm_8.v1 zipped file. Right click on the zipped file and choose Extract All.

Run the Extraction Wizard.

Mac OS

Click "Macintosh FileMaker Mobile 8 Installer".

Installing FileMaker Mobile to your PC

Important: If you have FileMaker Mobile 7 installed, perform an ActiveSync or HotSync before
proceeding. This will back up your handheld databases. The FileMaker Mobile 8 installation will
replace your FileMaker Mobile 7 installation on your desktop PC.

To install the FileMaker Mobile application and synchronization module:

Exit other open programs and turn off virus protection utilities.

For Windows

Double click the .exe for Windows.

Windows: Click Installer for FileMaker Mobile.

Follow the instructions for the Install Wizard.

For Mac OS X

Double click the .dmg for Macintosh.

Mac OS: Double-click FileMaker Mobile 8.

FileMaker Mobile Software License (Windows and Mac OSX)

Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.

When the license agreement displays, review the terms. If you accept the terms, click Accept, then click Next.

Choose Easy Install and click "Install" (Mac OS X only).

When prompted for an installation code do the following:

1. Enter your Name in the Name Field.

2. Enter: Real Estate Success Tools in the Company field.

3. Enter the FileMaker Mobile License Key recieved via email from Real Estate Success Tools.

4. Click "OK".

Choose Already Registered

and click "Finish" or "Quit".

NOTE: Windows Update for FileMaker Mobile 8

Return to the Registered Users download page to download and run the update for FileMaker Mobile 8 (Window's only).
