After many successful years as a custom software developer for large institutions such as Johns Hopkins Hospital, The National Aquarium, the City of Baltimore and others, our Founder Matthew Hardy was recruited by a company based in Phoenix, Arizona.

After the move and a year of working in the confines of a "job", the decision was made to "get independent" again. With a business history that included working for Tom Hopkins (then exclusively a Real Estate sales trainer) and a small start-up that printed and delivered flyers for Real Estate agents, the choice was made: a new career in Real Estate.

Getting licensed and trained, the next step was to obtain the software tools necessary for managing a successful Real Estate practice.

What a disappointment.

The list of programs was short and short on quality, value and capability. The closest thing to an industry leader had a terrible reputation; their customers didn't say nice things about them and most never used the software after having made their purchase. The other software packages were amateurish at best. None made the grade. The best remaining option: write custom software focused on getting and keeping customers.

Well, as they say, the REST is history.

Like a good cookie, steak or movie, word got around and Agents started buying Real Estate Success Tracker.

Improvements were made but the commitment to remain "simple yet powerful" was never lost. After all, expert tools should facilitate making money. They can either leverage your time and activity or add another layer of work. Which would you prefer?

Real Estate Success Tools has one commitment: to be useful to you. We are not owned by a title company, mortgage lender or real estate company. Real Estate Success Tools has no other agenda than to provide the most advanced and most integrated suite of tools and services for the individual Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Team.

Our business is to help you grow your business.

Like many great ideas, Real Estate Success Tools
was created to meet a real need; to solve a real problem.
